BEHAVIOR: Students are expected to treat others with respect, showing dignity and kindness to teachers and peers with their actions and words.

PARTICIPATION: Students must be involved and participate in class for maximum success. Never be afraid to ask a question in class.

COME PREPARED: Prepared means being in class on time, with all required materials, and having a positive attitude for learning. When the bell rings, students are expected to be in their seats ready to work. No personal electronic devices, food, or candy will be allowed in class.

HOMEWORK POLICY: Generally, homework will not be assigned but will consist of any work not completed in class. More specific information on homework expectations will be addressed in class. All work will be done in pencil.

PROCESS vs. ANSWERS: It is important that students understand the process necessary to solve a given problem. Students will be required to write, and so corrections and revisions will be made to their work. In short, the PROCESS of writing is a very important part of the class.
