I moved to Tennessee in 2022 with my husband, Jonathan, our dogs, Lucy and Bonnie, and our cats, Pumpkin and Astro. We have three daughters, one son-in-law, and a new grandson.
I taught middle school English for twenty years in Alabama. I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree from JSU and UWA respectively. I am excited to learn and grow with my students this year as we explore new worlds and meet new characters through reading. This year we will be: Readers, Writers, Editors, Vocabularians, and Thinkers
